  I would like to point out that in the 40 minutes we have been here they have only had 6 other customers come into the store, we were order 144 and 145....151 is currently on the screen. The whole store is filthy including the play equipment.

  Currently sitting here watching the staff, firstly i ordered a burger with no tomato, it had tomato.

  The people next to me had already sent their fries back because they were cold so luckily ours were fresh. But whilst watching we found out why, none of the staff are rotating the fries, fresh ones just get piled in front of the old ones, been watching for 20 minutes now and the back ones still have not been used.

  It's a McDonalds. It's a new one and clean and has a large indoor playground. That's about all that can be said!

  I have worked at mcdonalds and this is not how we were trained, if your standing around doing nothing you should be cleaning!!!

  Its ok for a Maccas but I find that when you go to dine in they are very un organised. For example I ordered 3 drinks and I had to go to the cointer 15 min after ordering to ask if I may have my drinks. But other than that they are just like any other Mc donalds

  MacDonald's is MacDonald's but lacked that keen service we are used to. The coffee is still good.

  Filthy dirty every time we go here weekly and need to ask for it to be cleaned, nobody serving at counter for long periods only worried about drive thru, spoken to management all the time its always just sorry

  We complained about the tables and dining room being filthy so the manager sent a girl out, who cleaned 2 of the 8 tables i could see that were filthy, and they were still filthy after she wiped them. The drinks taste funny.
